TOP NOTCH Call Center Agents needed for inbound calls regarding DSL services. Will be handling billing/retention calls.
4-6 weeks paid training with classes to start December 7, 2009
Position Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service to all callers
Meet sales quotas on a daily basis
Enter accurate information into database
Comfortable toggling between screens
Up-sell DSL products & services
Requirements
Hours:
Monday through Friday & 1-2 Saturdays a month.
Must be able to work ANY 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm Monday - Friday
Essential Qualifications:
Sales driven personality
One year call center experience preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Windows and Word
Able to exercise extreme attention to detail when working with account information
Able to communicate professionally
