Restaurant Regional or District Manager $ Six Figures Base + Bonus
Our client, an established 500+ unit full service restaurant organization is searching for a talented District Manager. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN DETROIT OR YOUNGSTOWN OHIO!
Founded over 30 years ago our client has established themselves as in industry leader throughout the country.
As District Manager you will be working for one of the largest full service family dining concept in the country. You will be responsible for maintaining company standards and assuring each store’s profitability. District Mangers must have a high level of stamina, responsibility and relationship skills to work with many different types of people.
Our client will only hire the BEST! Qualified candidates must have 3 + years of experience in managing multiple restaurants in which each store has had an average sales volume of 1 Million + dollars or more per year.
Compensation is very competitive complete with a great benefits package and advancement opportunities. Compensation for this management position will vary depending upon experience between $80,000-to-$120,000 per year. Plus realistic advancement opportunities to the VP level.
