PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT PROGRAM FACULTY

FLORIDA CAREER COLLEGE, a private ACICS accredited college founded in 1982, is pleased to announce its plans for a NEW PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT PROGRAM in the Tampa area. FLORIDA CAREER COLLEGE owns and operates eight accredited for-profit post-secondary campuses located in Florida in Miami, Hialeah, Pembroke Pines, Lauderdale Lakes, West Palm Beach, Clearwater, Brandon and Jacksonville. FLORIDA CAREER COLLEGE offers Diploma, Associate and Bachelor Degrees.  FCC programs are  in Allied Health, Wellness (Skin Care and Massage Therapy),  Business and Information Technology. FCC provides career training and skills that lead to post graduate employment. Each of the College's campuses is in full compliance and in good standing with the Department of Education and state licensing agencies.

The Faculty position is available immediately. The primary responsibility of the Faculty position  will be to provide overall academic leadership in the development of this new program.

•  Minimum of a Master's Degree.
• Three years clinical experience required.
•  FLorida licensure as either a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant a must. 
•  Experience in PT or PTA educational instruction a plus.
•  Must have experience working with or teaching Physical Therapist Assistants.
