Description Spherion Staffing is recruitung for individuals to get into a Manufacturing/Machine Operator position. We have immediate openings in the local Chico area. This position is for individuals who possess a solid work history. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Starting pay is $8.80 an hour. These are 12 hour rotating shifts so the first 8 hours is straight time and the remaining 4 hours are time and a half. Requirements Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
Have good communication skills.
Able to accurately read a tape measure.
Good basic math skills'
Able to lift,push,pull, & carry up to 125 pounds.
