Background
Travelex Global Business Payments is the business payments division of the Travelex Group, headquartered in Washington DC. With over 30,000 customers and operations in over 35 countries worldwide, Travelex is a recognized world leader in the payments industry.
Following the acquisition of Ruesch International in 2007, the business has been restructured to capitalize on the growing business payments market in the region and is now looking for an exceptionally talented Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our global Client Relationship Management team selling cutting edge, real time global payments systems to an assigned group of existing customers.
Responsibilities
The Client Relationship Manager position, within the legal division, is an excellent opportunity for customer focused individuals to use their initiative and drive to produce extraordinary results. The position is responsible for overseeing and growing an account portfolio of law firm clients using a range of company tools to resolve account management and payment issues. There will be significant phone interaction with clients and documentation of orders and client status.
· The position requires the ability to engage in a consultative sales process, analyze account activity and international payment needs to offer a range of appropriate solutions to support the client.
· CRMs are responsible for working closely with sales executives to ensure seamless support for the client.
· CRM’s develop proposals for key decision-makers to offer more appropriate solutions and analyze domestic and foreign payment needs to customize our global business payment systems.
· The CRM will be responsible for their individual portfolio growth and the retention of their client base.
Requirements
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· General knowledge of financial markets
· Strong computer skills and appreciation for the power of technology
· Willingness to embrace different and ever changing technologies
· Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
· Strong problem solving skills along with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
· Results oriented, self-motivated, and can-do attitude
· Ability to work on a book of business
