Description Baptist Healthcare System is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Pharmacy Systems Analyst within its Corporate Information Technology Department in Louisville.  The successful candidate will provide direct support for the multi-facility install of the Horizon Meds Manager, CPOE and other related pharmacy support systems at the 5 BHS hospitals.  The individual will work directly with facility Pharmacy Directors, staff Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Clinical Informatics Technicians throughout Baptist Healthcare System.
Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree and four years related system implementation experience with pharmacy or similar clinical systems.  A professionally certified pharmacy technician with excellent technical skills and two or more years of direct experience working with system level administration of pharmacy information systems would also qualify. 

Must have technical knowledge of all phases of applications system analysis and project management.   Requires strong communication skills and the ability to produce results with limited direct supervision in a fast paced environment.
