About Your Future Job:

•  2 to 5 years of outside sales experience is preferred. Paid training is provided. 
• The pharmaceutical sales position has a starting salary of between $50,000 and $60,000 per year. Average bonus and commission adds an additional $30,000 to $35,000 per year.
• All sales representatives are supplied with a company car, excellent benefits, complete expense reimbursement, computer and a 401k that MATCHES over $2.00 for each dollar invested. 
• The Pharmaceutical Industry has been holding up well through this recent economic downturn and is a recent college graduate’s dream job.

Entry Level Outside Sales Rep Requirements: 

All candidates should possess strong communication skills, demonstrate an ability to quickly learn new information and be able to verbally communicate a pattern of success. The required background varies but a 4 year degree is a MUST.

Individuals have been from a variety of industries including: recent graduates, account representatives, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, customer service representatives, industrial sales executives and nurses. This industry will often hire people from a variety of academic and/or professional backgrounds. In some cases relocation may apply.
