Description

Immediate need. Profitable, publicly-traded, industry leader looking for a leader to drive its Lean Manufacturing initiative. In this role, you will:

Own the Lean Manufacturing initiative at a significant, high volume manufacturing site;
Control the project hopper;
Train others on the lean tools;
Lead kaizen events; and
Manage 2 Lean Manufacturing Engineers.

Requirements

BS (Engineering)
Lean Manufacturing trained
Managerial experience
Demonstrated ability to train, lead and get results at the site level using lean manufacturing tools and principals
Hands-on
"Can-do" attitude
