We expect all new managers to earn two promotions during their first year and to be ready to run their own facility within two years.  First-year managers will earn $33,000 to $38,000 in base pay and bonus and will have the potential to earn $45,000 to $60,000 once they begin running their own store.  In addition to being paid well, managers quickly qualify for all of the following perks!
