Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to become an integral part of an HR firm with a forward-thinking business model. 

 

If this job is for you then you have proven experience as an HR Generalist in an Upper Management or Director role.  You are HR degreed or certified at the minimum.  You appreciate and are able to work self-sufficiently in a non-traditional, part-time work environment. (This is not a temporary job or service. This is a regular hireVision-W2 position.) You are also seeking an exceptional pay rate that will compensate you for your years of experience.



In this position you would be assigned a variety of client companies to work with and support on different levels. Following hireVisions' proven and documented systems, while incorporating your own style and incite, you will work mainly out of our home office in Allentown, PA and also visit clients sites in the local or surrounding areas. There is some flexibility to work at home.

 

Hours are weekdays and we offer flexibility and technology to support your lifestyle around these part time hours. Although hours could fluctuate, especially at the beginning, we expect an average of 30 hours weekly. 

 

hireVision began in 2002 and serves small and mid-sized companies regionally as well as nationally.  As an employee with hireVision you will provide outsourced HR services including HR DirectLink where we act as a client's off-site HR department or an extension of their department. You will also handle project work and outsourced hiring management (not a recruiter/staffing service). A large portion of our clients require employee relations support and strategic planning, combined with hands-on HR Generalist support. Your day will usually include a combination of high level support activities combined with basic general HR support.

Requirements

HR Degree or PHR or SPHR

·       5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist- in an upper management/Director role

·       Immensely focused on customer service

·       Outgoing, pleasant and takes a positive outlook on life

·       Lives the "human in human resources"

·       This is a regular, part time position. Persons looking for part time until they gain a full time employment cannot be considered

·       Must be available M-F, although we can work around hour requirements

·       Must be flexible and be seeking flexibility

·       Willing and capable to handle high level tasks as well as basic general HR support such as payroll and benefits management

·       You will become infected with the mission of our company, if you like the sound of this, that is a plus.

·       Cannot consider those with their own consulting companies - this is a W2 position

·       Professional written and verbal skills

·       Reliable transportation to visit local clients

·       Home computer/laptop preferred and broadband internet access

·       Must reside in or very near to the Lehigh Valley, PA area
