This position has active involvement in all facets of a permanent placement business. Plans and implements consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in staffing for A&F positions on a direct hire basis. Candidate activities include recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating send-outs, and filling orders. Client activities include client development, new account and retention sales calls, obtaining job orders, maintaining a high fill ratio, penetrating client accounts, and taking a positive proactive position in corporate partnering.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The perfect fit would be that Staffing Industry professional who has three solid years of experience. Recruiting experience is important, but business development skills are crucial in this role. Experience placing accounting and financial professionals is also highly desirable!
