Rita's Franchise Company, LLC is searching for a Restaurant Management Professional to service our franchise partners. The ideal candidate will reside in the Fredericksburg VA or Richmond VA area and understand they will be commuting regularly to various franchise locations within their territory. This position has hours and work requirements typical in the restaurant industry.
All franchise service managers are provided the supplies and technology to establish an office in their home to properly service our partners in the territory which they oversee. Our corporate headquarters is located in Trevose, PA. Our corporate headquarters is known as the COOL SUPPORT CENTER!
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Franchise Service Manager include:
• Responsible for bringing sound management principles to the franchise partners in order to improve their sales, costs and overall profitability.
• Assist in the development of programs that improve financial controls and profitability in stores that are under-performing.
• Provide structured feedback and effective coaching and counseling to the franchise partners on their overall operational performance and developmental needs.
• Administer TOPS program, in order to measure performance.
• Assist in the development of programs and materials that will enhance the operational standards and results.
• Bring all available programs and materials to the field in an effective and consistent manner to ensure their success.
• Work to improve store level execution of all program materials.
• Provide consultative services to the franchise partners on all business related matters, interviewing techniques, employee development and motivation, etc.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
• Coordinate and execute assigned new store openings and transfers within designated territory.
• Assist other FSM’s with openings and/or transfers as needed.
• Attend operations meeting and scheduled conference calls.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
• 4 year college degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related management experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality industry.
Physical Demands:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to taste and smell the products.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work weekends, evenings and mornings.
• May be required to work holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to operate all equipment used in store operations.
• Required to travel up to 100% of the work schedule.

• Must have valid driver's license and a properly insured vehicle.
