Assisted Living company in Orange is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the Nursing Manager and oversee the clinical care.

 

General Nursing Manager responsibilities include…

  • Monitoring overall quality of nursing care, training new nurses and Caregivers.
  • Conducting regular assessments of patient conditions and maintaining regular communication with the families and the physicians
  • Create and manage clinical schedules, ensuring there is always adequate coverage.  This position does include 24-hour on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

Ideal candidate experience and background will include:

  • Registered Nurse (RN, BSN or MSN) with current state license
  • Previous management experience in assisted living, rehab, subacute, geriatrics, skilled nursing, MDS coordination, or long-term care.
