Description This position will offer the adult and or family practitioner the ability to work collaborative with a team of highly trained professionals however, you will experience a high level of autonomy. Reporting directly to the Physicians, you will be responsible for direct patient care.

Requirements Must be licensed in the State of Illinois as a registered nurse and hold a national certification for advanced nurse practitioner certification. Must have current DEA and prescriptive privileges with 3-5 years of experience.
