All shifts are available, both full time and part time, with temporary or temporary-to-hire opportunities. NYS LPN license and 2 years long term care experience required.

Requirements
New York State LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license & registration, 2 years of LPN long term care experience required. Sigma healthcare and IV certification preferred.
