Description
Inside Sales position available for a material company in the Port Allen area! The Inside Sales position will include business development, preparing quotes, handling calls from clients, accounts receivable responsibilities, and other sales related responsibilities. The ideal candidate has great customer service and problem solving skills, and has a ‘take charge’ attitude. The hours of this position will be from 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday; overtime will be required periodically, depending on the situation. This is a direct hire opportunity! The Company will issue the candidate a company cell phone, company laptop, and a possible car allowance or car may be provided by the company down the road. Once the candidate has fully learned the company’s policies/ products/ procedures inside the office, there will be outside visits/calls to be handled with customers. Even though this position is an Inside Sales position, this candidate must be comfortable and willing to make outside calls to various client locations as needed/ requested. Requirements
Experience: Previous inside sales experience is required; outside sales added to this experience is a huge plus!
Additional Requirements: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be articulate, presentable, and self-motivated/driven.
