PRODUCT MANAGER – MEDICAL DEVICES – $130K (UP)

Salary to $110,000, target bonus to $20,000

You will develop and design marketing plans and strategy for the company’s flagship products. You will lead the launch process for new products.  You will develop marketing plans and oversee the creation of marketing literature.  You will work with the field sales force to maintain their enthusiasm and competitive edge.  You will use your knowledge of the industry, along with formal and informal contacts within the medical community, to identify opportunities for new products, and will communicate your findings to Sr. Corporate Management.   

This position is regarded as a stepping stone for promotion and advancement.   As products, that are now in the pipeline, enter production, openings for Sr. Product Managers, and Group Managers will be created and filled by people who are joining this company now.

Must requirements include 3+ years significant product management experience at a Medical Device or Medical Disposables company.  Your track record should demonstrate measurable success and mastery of classical Marketing tools.

The position is located in the Delaware Valley area of Pennsylvania, within commuting distance of Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Western and Central NJ, and most of Bucks, Berks and Montgomery County.
