U & S Services, Inc. is a recognized leader in the sales, service and installation of monitoring and control systems for HVAC, fire alarm, and security management systems in Western New York and Northern Pennsylvania.  We are currently seeking a technical sales engineer and estimator to serve our sales territory.

The successful candidate

• Experienced in Sales
• Effective communication, negotiation and closing skills. 

Responsibilities 

• The development of business strategies,
• The implementation of plans to meet corporate objectives including involvement with all aspects of operations such as sales, service, administrative functions, and profitable growth within the sales region. 
• Revenue responsibilities shall meet or exceed corporate objectives as well as maximize market potential in all business segments to include new bookings (sales), and profitability.

Requirements

• An Associates Degree preferably in a engineering or technical  discipline or equivalent experience is required.
