Employment Plus is in search of a motivated individual for Battle Creek, MI market to join a strong team of professionals. Our outstanding team consists of people that are self-motivated, competitive, team-minded, and customer-focused. This individual should be great with people, ready for an exciting challenge, and have the ability to problem-solve day to day business issues. The core responsibility of the successful candidate will be to exceed client expectations through a sound understanding of our client’s staffing needs and exceeding the expectations of the service they would desire. The individual will be a vital part of the branch operations that will ensure staffing levels are met, associates are trained, the workforce is prepared for success, and the client is being serviced above their expectations. We are a customer focused organization!

• Must have staffing experience!
• Oral and written communications are clear, concise, organized, and professional
• Must be a proficient communicator and listener
• Must be a self starter who is able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work individually and as part of a team, willingly giving credit to others when it is due
• Must learn quickly and make consistent, practical decisions on behalf of company
• Must present professional and clean image through work attire
• Must have excellent relationship-building skills
• Must be computer literate with high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Applications
• Must have the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Should have knowledge of telemarketing and inside/sales
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented
• Must have excellent Oral and Written Communications
• Must be a "People Person,"
• Sales Experience or Supervisory Experience preferred
• Must Customer Focused with a Sense of Urgency
• 4 Year Degree Preferred
