We are currently seeking a: 

System Analyst, Financial to work within our Nursing Administration Department.


Analyzes data and manages labor productivity hospital wide. Working with clinical directors, members of the finance department and others assigned, ensures that productivity is managed in the most cost effective manner possible considering clinical, quality and acuity needs of patients. This position ensures that all directors receive the support they need to optimize productivity systems according to each department’s needs.  Works with directors to develop and refine systems and processes to address productivity requirements

Education/Licensure:  
Bachelors degree required in a clinical discipline.  Masters Degree in a healthcare-related or financial-related discipline is preferred.

Experience:    
At least five years of clinical experience, preferably in nursing, two of which must include developing budgets, monitoring labor and supply resources, taking corrective actions to address variances.
