Description

This person works as part of a team to provide clinical services to adolescent boys in a group home setting. Provides direct care by planning & supervising meals, transporting to appointments, engaging in community activities. Leads skill groups for youth & documents progress in group notes. Interacts with youths to meet treatment & functional goals & completes progress notes. Provides first aide as needed & administers medications as prescribed.

This position is second shift 2pm to 10pm and or 3pm to 11pm.

Requirements

High school diploma with knowledge of mental health & treatment issues related to adolescents. Must have a valid license with a clear driving record.
