Sheridan Healthcorp, Inc. has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Part Time Facility Administrator/Coordinator at the Capital Medical Center, Olympia, Washington
location.

Core responsibilities will include administrative support to the department and back-up support for other key management positions. Responsibilities include conducting medical record and batch review audits for quality of work abstraction. This is for the purpose of auditing and monitoring initiatives of medical record correlation activities conducted by off site Facility Administrators.

 

The successful candidate must be detail oriented, able to work on a production schedule and have excellent professional verbal and written communication skills, as this position entails direct communication with Directors, Managers, Physicians, Vendors and other healthcare professionals. Looking for an individual who can multi-task, work independently and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

 

Three years related medical experience and/or training is required. Medical terminology and coding knowledge is preferred.
