Job Description
- The Technical Support Analyst will work within a team of 5 and support software users via phone and email
- Phone support, email assistant, as well as onsite assistance to train clients
- QA testing on applications which include mobile devices such as tablets, PDA etc.
- Training will be provided to learn applications as well as continuing education at local technical center
- Experience in a distribution company is preferred
- Bachelors Degree
- Should be team oriented, outgoing and have past customer service/help desk experience
Requirements
Technical Skills
- SQL Server 2005 or 2008
- T-SQL - (a plus, not required)
- Microsoft – Windows Server, Web Services, Office Suite
