Admissions Representative Outside Sales

Lincoln Technical Institute is seeking a  High School sales representative to recuit potential students to our school in East Windsor, CT. We need a self-starter who can work with little or no supervision.

We are looking for successful, sales-oriented individuals to join the ranks of one of the most professional and successful education sales teams in the country.  We will train the right person. We need closers with an ability to listen, ask great questions, and make meaningful and qualitative presentations.  A flexible schedule and belief in the value of career-oriented education is essential.  If you are self-motivated, driven to exceed expectations and willing to work hard, this job is for you!!

You will work directly with the Director of Admissions 

We are looking for people who want to help people achieve their dreams and are willing to give it their all in the process. 

• Strong telephone and communication skills necessary 
• Experience in recruiting or previous staffing agency experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills 
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends
• Bi-lingual skills a plus and ex-military candidates welcome to apply
