Computer - Tech Support / Entry Level It / Help Desk/PC Repair Summary

Stimulus Package to increase IT positions in Government and private sector.

Our clients and hiring partners have multiple entry to mid-level Information Technology positions to fill in their Help Desk, PC/Network repair, and Desktop departments.

 

We are also looking for energetic: * CCNA * .NET * PMP candidates for entry level positions throughout Kentucky. Positions require a range of experience from no current IT experience to those already in the IT industry looking to take their career to the next level. Positions and projects are based on individual skills, knowledge and abilities.

Candidates that may need new skills sets or experience professional needing to validate existing skill sets  could qualify for financial aid or Training Grants.

Requirements

 

Requirements for Computer- Tech Support / Entry Level IT / Help Desk

 

1 - 5 years experience a plus but not necessary in Windows 2003/2007, XP, TCP/IP, SQL, VB.NET, EXCHANGE, CCNA, PMP.

 

Education: 

High school Diploma or GED required

 

Experience:

Some computer experience preferred. Qualified individual without experience will be considered.

 

Other:

Strong communication skills and superior customer service skills required.
