Certified Nursing Assistant - Fulltime, Part Time & Per Diem

The Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Assistant  will supervise or assist Residents with personal care services, which include self administered medication management, Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL’s) as identified in the Resident Service Plan and assigned by the Nurse. Supervision includes reminding and/or observing residents while they perform activities. Assistance includes either physical assistance or standby supervision.

• Vital signs;

• ADL’s/IADL’s;

• Medication supervision (within the scope of the state regulations);

• Read, write, speak and understand the English language.

• Freedom from illegal use of drugs.

• Freedom from use and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

• Persons who have been found guilty by a court of law of abusing, neglecting, or mistreating individuals in a health care related setting are ineligible for employment in the position.

• Demonstrates effective time management skills.

The Devon Senior Living is a licensed 84 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care Community conveniently located near the turnpike, Route 30, Route 476 and Route 202 in beautiful rural Devon, PA.   

Current unencumbered Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Prior Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Exceptional customer service required.

Valid driver's license & Reliable transportation
