Description
Staffmark is looking for an Account Manager/Supervisor in the Chambersburg Area. This position supports the operations at an on-site account that is set up as a Dedicated Recruiting Model that operates on its own Profit and Loss statement. Provides exceptional customer service and assists the employees and customer with requests. Will help support the on-site manager in day to day operations, and is accountable ensuring order requirements are fulfilled.
Perform recruiting activities and contributes to the Company’s candidate database by assisting in the recruiting process by interviewing job candidates, re-activating job candidates no longer working for the Company, post flyers in businesses, and travels to various communities to perform on-site interviewing and job fairs.
Carries out such functions as identifying qualified applicants, conducting screening interviews, administering tests, checking references, and evaluating applicant qualifications.
Performs order fulfillment functions and ensures that the required headcount goal is met.
Makes job offer to employee explaining full job description, term of assignment, pay rate, benefits.
May conduct facility tours as part of the hiring or onboarding process.
Determines appropriate customer placement of qualified employees.
Monitors employee activity at customer, e.g. track attendance, performance, etc.
Maintains current, accurate data in the computer of customer activity and employee inventory.
Assists with delivery of customized orientations for customers.
Follows and communicates all safety rules and regulations as established by Staffmark to employees.
Counsels employees and handles conflicts resolution as needed.
Terminates employees when necessary, under the direction of the manager.
Works with the On-site team to meet goals for turnover, attendance, quality
Requirements
2 – 3 years of preferably customer service or human resource experience
Must be computer literate, and have ability to use Microsoft Office products – Excel
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills.
Detailed oriented, with strong attention to detail
Must be an effective multi-tasker with ability to quickly change priorities to meet the customers’ needs.
