Finance Manager

A newly created position!  We are working with a Fortune 100 organization to identify the next strategic player for their corporate finance team.  Supporting the executive vice president, this finance manager will be responsible for the management of the national sales team. With over 40 cost centers on a national level, this finance manager will be an integral part in the growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the budgeting and forecasting for volume of product, as well as pricing variances including operations expenses, capital expenditures and cash flow

• Report on variance analysis and trend analysis

• Develop, mentor and manage existing team of six professionals responsible for commission calculations, expense accounting, budgeting and forecasting

• Drive commission calculations and planning for North American region including management reporting and month-end close responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• At least 3+ years of sales finance of SG&A experience

• Experience managing at least two professionals

• MBA/CPA preferred

• Experience in retail, CPG or related industry

• Microsoft Excel and Access experience required
