Job Description:

Field RN: Baylor-Flexible schedule covering Thurs-Mon. Salary based on average number of visits for a 32 hour work week but pay reflects 40 hours with benefits.

Part-time/Per Diem-Weekend visits

Field RN’s are:

Responsible for the assessment and management of the patient’s home health care
Must be knowledgeable regarding Medicare PPS and oasis completion
Must have good communication skills with other disciplines to manage patients’ care
IV skills or willing to learn preferred
