Description Tracy Software client has 10 positions for seasonal experienced Technical Support Representatives for their web-based program. 

Must have prior experience troubleshooting internet issues.  Proficiency in HTML is required.  Strong writing skills also required as support is via email and chat. 

Pay is $14.00 per hour.
