Description Logistics & AP/AR Needed For A growing company

This person will directly work with the GM of the company and the sales staff. Candidate must be a fast learner, team player,organized,hardworking and shall be able to work under stress. We need an organized individual who can multi-task and handle many duties.

This person will connect the dots between all departments: sales, logistics & accounting.
This is a full time position. Looking for a long term employee only!

Duties would include:
Obtain quotes from transportation companies
Processing logistics paperwork, BOL, NAFTA, PO's, PS's, EDI, ROUTING GUIDES
Making Sales Sheets, Carton labels, Packing Slips, etc..
Preparing PO/SO
Reviewing sales figures
Keeping track of inventory
Preparing reports from QB

Must possess the following traits:
Computer Knowledge: Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks
Knowledge of the Sales Process
Can handle many projects at once from multiple people, must know how to prioritize and be vocal.

Requirements Must have at least 2 years Microsoft and Quickbooks experienced
Shall know the logistics terminology
Must have 2 years logistics exp.
