The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the daily Fresno Center operational activities related to patient/customer services. This key person will direct and evaluate the processes and systems to provide for the enrollment of patients, accurate maintenance of patient/therapy supply and equipment needs, and the coordination and implementation of all center reimbursement functions.
