The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the daily Fresno Center operational activities related to patient/customer services.  This key person will direct and evaluate the processes and systems to provide for the enrollment of patients, accurate maintenance of patient/therapy supply and equipment needs, and the coordination and implementation of all center reimbursement functions.

Requirements

 
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or for the CSM position, a minimum of 5 years progressive management experience.  Solid knowledge and recent experience with clinical services, and reimbursement practices is important. Home health care industry experience is required. This key person will have excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, as well as organizational skills.
