Description
  • Seeking qualified Customer Service Reps to work in a pharmacy-based call center environment assisting with Open Enrollment for Medicare Part D
  • CSR's will be working primarily over the phone dealing with insurance benefits
  • Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing customer support regarding to members in a phone-based environment
  • CSR's will provide customer service to potential customers and answer general inquires in regards to Medicare Part D Open Enrollment

Requirements

 

  •  Preference will be given to individuals who have worked with Open Enrollment for Medicare Part D Customer Service experience with a healthcare background is preferred
  • CSR's must have a strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience working with Medicare Part D is preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid
  • One year pharmacy experience a PLUS, with preference given to PBM experience
  • Flexible schedule 
  • Upbeat, team-oriented attitude
