THE OPPORTUNITY:
Physical Therapy Manager needed for an Outpatient setting at an Assisted/Independent Living Facility in South Central Pennsylvania area. Hours are flexible typically 8-4 Monday through Friday with an occasional later evening may occur. Great benefits to include reimbursement for License and Liability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist in providing direct therapy services to an assigned caseload.
To demonstrate and supervise rehabilitative services provided by other health personnel employed by the Facility, in accordance with the plan of treatment.
To treat and rehabilitate patients through various methods such as postoperative rehabilitation or industry consultation at the same time complying with established Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department therapy standards.
To manage a staff consisting of a full time PTA and COTA, as well as part time PRN PT, OTs and SLP.
COMPENSATION:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (BPT, MPT or DPT)
Holds current license in the State of Pennsylvania
Eligible member of APTA
Minimum two-year clinical experience required
Minimum two-year management experience required
Knowledge of Biodex equipment and experience with balance disorders
Excellent judgment and communication skills.
