Description
Cobra Specialist / Developer

-    This Candidate must have experience with at least one Cobra implementation and be able to describe steps such as requirements gathering, system configuration, and rules generation for the implementation.
-    This Candidate must be able to implement controls for both web users and the client to permit highly specialized accesses.
-    This Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
-    This Candidate must have strong program management skills and be familiar with PM tools and methods.
-    This Candidate must have great communications skills and be technically fluent in English.
Requirements Cobra Specialist / Developer

Desired

-    A PMP Certification is a plus.
-    Experience working to integrate Cobra with other enterprise products like Primavera is a plus.
-    Knowledge of Oracle database structures is a plus.
-    Experience with Deltek Cobra and Costpoint tables is a plus.
