Flatbed Driver – A Secure Position

Roehl is seeking drivers in the Hazleton, Pennsylvania area for openings in our National or Regional flatbed fleets. You need to have a Class A Commercial Driver’s License, or be able to obtain a Class A CDL. No experience is necessary, and we do have training available.

You'll haul steel, lumber and machinery for a growing list of customers. Tarping and load securement experience is a plus, but don't worry, we'll train you if you don't have any.

Roehl flatbed driver compensation is based on a combination of mileage pay, tarp pay, stop pay, quarterly safety and performance bonuses, and annual mileage bonuses.

Roehl calculates mileage pay using Practical Miles instead of the old, standard HHG miles therefore paying you for more of the miles you actually drive. Roehl’s PMP (Practical Mileage Pay) can add thousands to your annual income without driving more.

• Possess a Commercial Driver’s License Class A.
• Fewer than 3 citations in the last 3 years.

• No felonies in the past 7 years; felonies over 7 years old will be reviewed.
