Description PHYSICAL THERAPIST

UNITED Medical Staffing is seeking Physical Therapists in the Chicagoland area. As a PT you will:

 

  • Plan and implement specific treatment/programs for home health patients according to principles and practices of physical therapy
  • Evaluate patients' functional ability using appropriate tests.
  • Develop specific physical therapy goals to be included in the Plan of Care
  • Administer and instruct prescribed physical therapy treatments to restore functions, relieve pain, and prevent further disease or injury

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current Illinois license in physical therapy
  • CPR certification
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Extended periods of standing and walking; ability to lift and move 5-100 lbs and bending during work shift
  • Must be able to provide own transportation to patients' homes
  • Valid Illinois driver's license & proof of current auto insurance
