Description
Assist FR – Payroll team with functions to support the team primarily printing, scanning and mailing documents, entering data into spreadsheets, reviewing spreadsheets with source documents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Receive documents from district offices
*Review documents for compliance with office payroll policies
*Scan and file documents
*Input and manipulate data to Excel payroll file
*Review payroll registers to ensure accuracy and concurrence with input data
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
AA degree in accounting or senior status in a BS accounting or finance program.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
Ability to recognize, prioritize and perform required activities with minimum supervision.
Must be detail-conscious, responsible, and dependable.
Must posses good written & oral communication skills
Basic PC skills including Key boarding (typing), Email, Windows, Word and 10-key.
Basic (intermediate preferred) Excel skills.
