Description Summary:
This position monitors all operational, performance, growth and regulatory issues faced by the Operations Department. Major areas covered are; Reception, and Accessioning Data Integrity “ADI", with other areas to be added as the company develops. This position seeks guidance from all departments within the company in matters of client services, updated record maintenance, and general operations. As the operations manager you will be irectly reporting to the CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures necessary to effectively manage the Operations and ADI Departments.
- Formulates objectives for the day to day operations of the departments.
- Directs the preparation and maintenance of reports as necessary to carry out functions of the departments.
- Conducts evaluations, competencies, and disciplinary actions as required for department personnel.
- Updates continued education records to assure that all department personnel, while performing their duties, are continuously informed of current procedures and process improvements.
- Recommends employee relations practices as required to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale within the department.
- Maintain all operational manuals for all departments to be prepared for required inspections.
- Establish and maintain staff schedules in order to elevate expenses.
- Aggressively retains top level services to client, customer and employees.
- Ensure open communication to both management and staff on issues and successes in the department.
- Track product across channels to create seamless customer/patient experience, “Patient is always first".
- Knowledge of client and customer service procedures and practices of the company.
- Oriented to new safety and quality assurance procedures with ability to function within or above regulatory agency requirements.

- Superior interpersonal communication: tactful, mature, flexible and professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; resourceful and organized
- Assumes other duties as assigned by management
- Understands and observes all confidentiality and HIPAA provisions
- Recognizes and conveys to management any departmental improvements necessary
- Responsible for all equipment in assigned areas of work
- Must obey all safety rules and regulations at all times
Requirements
Operations Manager
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and equivalent experience in a customer services position.
- From eight (8) to 10 years experience gained through increased responsibility in a management position.
