Retail Operations Specialist

In this new position, you will get to work with other talented individuals in different departments that support our Shop like Sales, Art/Graphic Design, Merchandising, Marketing and Customer Service. This is great opportunity for someone looking to get in at the ground level and start a successful career with our reputable organization.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration and organization of our Shop Partnership contracts: You will drive the contract management workflow process for the organization and ensure that all proper documentation is received, stored, and communicated appropriately

  • Quality control on Custom Promotions orders: You will review all Custom Promotions orders, identify problems areas, work to resolve issues, and suggest solutions or improvements to better the Custom Promotions order entry process as needed

  • Assist with pricing and purchasing needs as necessary

  • Handle the internal business administration of company store proposals

  • Assist in the documentation and creation of custom communications projects and other intercompany project plans as necessary

Requirements
  • College degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or a related field
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Strong financial acumen is necessary
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communicational skills
  • Ability to incorporate urgency and strong business sense into every aspect of your work while being attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability to work independently or as a team player as needed to produce high quality results
