Regency Manor Rehabilitation and Subacute Center, a proud member of the CommuniCare family of healthcare companyies, is currently recruiting an RN, BSN preferred, for the position of Clinical Nurse Liaison.

The position of Clinical Nurse Liaison serves as the primary liaison to prospective patients and families and designated health care providers including physicians, health care facilities, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, insurance case management professionals, attorneys and community groups. The liaison is actively involved in program development by one-on-one contact with referral sources. The Clinical Liaison facilitates a smooth patient referral/admission. The referral may come from physician, acute short-term hospital, ICU, or a lower level of care provider. The liaison conducts an on-site assessment to identify the needs of the prospective patient and family. The liaison develops solutions that meet identified needs that result in patient referrals. He/she works closely with the referral source. He/she develops community awareness of hospital services and facilities. He/she uses consultative selling techniques to develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts to assure retention of the referral source business. The efforts of this position will work in tandem with the strategic business plan as well as the leadership team in the facility.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio, BSN preferred.
• At least 3 -5 years of experience in health care, preferably in sales
• Established referral contacts/community relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
