**This is a Contract/Consultant job. The location is Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.**
Marketing Project Manager- Medicare Part D
The main role of the Project Manager is to oversee all of the deliverables associated with the communications work plan. This person will be responsible for distributing all relevant information to cross-functional teams as well as updating/developing risk control plans, project schedules, FMEA grids, etc. Using this information, project plans to support each of the initiatives will be developed and managed by this individual.
The scope of programs handled by this person will include, but is not limited to, on-going management and monitoring of all deliverables tied to the communications work plan.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and maintain project schedules for all deliverables within the communications work plan to understand status and timing as well as assess and mitigate risks.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that all documents are updated and distributed in a timely manner
- Lead weekly status calls to gather updates required to ensure all deliverables stay on track for completion.
- Monitor daily workflow as well as assess and coordinate appropriate resources with the Marketing teams (as appropriate).
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 3 to 5 years program management experience
- Experience in managing teams
- Strong strategic thinker and self-starter
- Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight timeframes and extreme pressure
- Proven ability to develop internal relationships with other internal partners
