Automotive BDC Associate / Internet Sales

Napleton’s Northlake Autopark is seeking an Automotive Business Development Center Associate with Internet Sales experience who will respond to internet customer inquiries. You will be responding to our internet leads, inbound phone calls, and promoting customer retention.  We are looking for someone who has an ambition to succeed and grow within a fast paced environment. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicates effectively with internet customers within established time frames.
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Knowledgeable of call center environment.
• Assist sales staff to close deals.
• Promotes customer satisfaction.
• Automotive experience helpful but not required.
