As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Teammate Capability and Retention
• Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
• Providing Tire and Auto Products and Services
• Creating results for Teammates, Customers, and the Company

Involved in every aspect of the store operation, this position requires a commitment to building teammate and customer satisfaction. In addition to selecting, coaching and developing store teammates you’ll be responsible for merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services. Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Retail Sales Experience.

 

•  A college degree is a plus.

 

•  Bilingual a plus
