Maryland General Hospital is currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team.  The COTA is responsible for administering patient care programs as planned and directed by Staff Therapist.  They also must perform associated indirect responsibilities.  This individual most have good judgment and ability to direct, control and adjust programs to the patient's progress or change.  Performs functions under the immediate supervision of the Therapy Manager.

Requirements

-Completion of an accredited two year COTA program (Associates Degree.)
 - Recipient of national certification, State license or eligible.
- Patients, families, visitors, physicians and hospital personnel.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop and carry moderately heavy weight.
