Description

Residential Vocational Training Program for youth seeks an energetic, sharp, committed candidate to develop and administer engaging, effective orientation and counseling programs for 16-24 year olds. This position is responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students in social and employability skills; monitoring students activities in a dormitory setting while providing and maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly environment; ensures proper behavior, student accountability; transporting students to recreational and cultural activities; performs dorm and administrative functions.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required. Prefer two years of college with emphasis in Social Sciences and prior experience working with disadvantaged youth. Residential experience in group home or college dormitory setting preferred. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.
