Ashley Furniture HomeStore, the #1 selling brand of home furnishings in the world, is in need of a Sales Service Representative. This is a full-time position located in Kannapolis. Description:
Work closely with Sales Associates to give customers a "world class" experience
Use computer system to process transactions, to enter in customer information, and to enter data for reporting purposes
Answer phones
Enter and process financed transactions
Scan sales receipts
Provide administrative support
Keep area neat and orderly
Accept, open, and distribute mail and packages
Copy, fax and transmit documents
Maintain Supply Room
Requirements
Requirements
1-2 years Receptionist or Administrative experience
Ability to work traditional retail hours (nights and weekends)
Effective communication and project management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Professional attitude and demeanor
Ability to follow specified directives
Strong initiative and ability to multi-task
Effective problem solving and time management skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Windows
