Description The Opportunity

Bluegreen will be interviewing qualified candidates for a limited number of full and part time positions for its award winning Outdoor Traveler vacation sales center located within the Bass Pro Shop in Portage, IN.  Exceptional candidates will also be considered for Outdoor Traveler’s Management Training program.  Management Training graduates have the opportunity to manage Outdoor Travel Centers currently located in 42 Bass Pro Shop stores in 37 States.  Due to the demanding and highly competitive nature of these positions and the potential for significant earning potential, Bluegreen will be very selective in filling these positions.

The Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College course work or degree is preferred.
  • Desire to achieve!
  • Positive, outgoing attitude with the desire to succeed.

  • Interest in a career with great growth and income potential.
  • Sales or face to face marketing experience a plus.
  • Retail background working with commission sales highly desirable.
