Sales Representative

ForTec seeks a proven sales performer to manage the New Jersey/New York City area territory.  Learn the various applications of lasers in the field of medicine including ENT, dermatology, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology and cardio-thoracic surgery.  Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the sales representative calls on current and prospective customers, participates in contract negotiation and coordinates/conducts physician educational/training workshops.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, monthly car allowance, monthly commission and/or bonus program.

Requirements:

·         Possess a verifiable four year degree (BA/BS).

·         2+ years proven sales performance in a competitive market.

·         Driven individual with a verifiable track record of sales accomplishments and excellence.

·         Use own vehicle to conduct sales calls in assigned territory.

·         Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and good driving record.

·         Excellent computer skills required. Previous experience on CRM preferred.

·         Excellent oral, written and dynamic presentation and relationship building skills.

·         Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 pounds of medical laser equipment.

·         Must be able to stand +2 hours due to long surgical procedures.

·         Must be able to work independently.
