Successful Candidates Possess:

  • Driven to succeed (first year income between $40,000- $100,000+)
  • Ability and desire to learn and grow
  • Previous automotive sales experience is helpful, though not essential
  • Excellent computer, written, verbal and follow-up skills
  • Ability to engage customers with a sincere desire to help
  • Collaborate with management to ensure individual and department goals are met
